Principal and Attorney Anne Tyler Hall brings her passion for helping businesses to her practice of ERISA law, and she enjoys helping clients meet their Benefits goals. “The key to the successful navigation of ERISA is to proactively identify and address areas of non-compliance,” Hall says. The firm has performed that function for multi-national corporations, national non-profits, independent schools, and businesses in a variety of industries. Whether it’s a question involving Affordable Care Act, Executive Compensation, Health and Welfare Benefits, or Retirement Plans’ legal compliance, Hall believes she must partner with and understand clients’ goals if she is to serve as effective counsel.
