Independent and self-motivated, with an impressive work ethic, Brent cut his teeth in real estate as an investor, beginning to build a real estate portfolio at the age of 19 when he bought his first home with capital he’d earned by working in auto collision repair. By the age of 22, Brent purchased his second home—a condo he still owns today. A lifelong learner adept at making the most of every experience, Brent gleaned a great deal from his first rental property, using the insight to clearly visualize a clear path to both personal and professional success. Discarding what didn’t work and retaining what did, he reinvested, and within a few years, he owned a sizable portfolio of properties and stock investments. Motivated by a meaningful conversation with his mother, he decided to transition into full-time real estate and closed $4M in his first four months.
