Welcome to part one of Chef Linda's fall cooking series! In the first class of the series, learn how to cook a feast for your upcoming fall tailgates! Chef will teach guests how to cook dishes that are sure to win over all tailgate guests. Dishes include garlic steak spiedini, smoked and grilled wings, spicy harissa marinated chicken spiedini, veggie "shawarma" skewers and white bbq sauce, carolina bbq sauce and kansas city bbq sauce. Your tailgate is sure to be a touchdown!
