Leading Multiple Generations
People talk a lot about diversity today—ethnic, gender, and income diversity. But there is an elephant in the room. A different kind of diversity exists: generational diversity. This presentation explores the characteristics of each generation working today and how to leverage them to be your competitive advantage. Too often we stereotype, taking mental shortcuts and profiling young or old team members. This presentation offers practical strategies to bring out the best in each generation.
About the speaker:

The Sandy Springs Perimeter Chamber through the Sandy Springs Civic Fund expands educational opportunity to higher-education by providing scholarships to upcoming high school graduates from North Springs High School and Riverwood International Charter School to support their enrollment in any State of Georgia public college or university. These scholarships instill children with the concept that regardless of their financial situation, they too can receive a higher education. The Donna A. Mahaffey and Jean DiLuzio scholarships changes lives because these scholarships provide the tools and opportunities children need to succeed to reach their full potential.
