You will hear from Martha Issa, Senior Director of Sustainability, Veritiv, the largest packaging distributor in the US headquartered in Sandy Springs, about:

Introduction to basic Sustainability terminology used in a corporate environment.
Currents and future challenges that companies are facing regarding sustainability.
Defining sustainability from your customers' voice and perspective.
Practical tips to kickstart or boost sustainability for long term value.

Martha serves as the Sr. Director of Sustainability at Veritiv where she applies her engineering and marketing background in the B2B and consumer product goods (CPG) industry. Prior to this role, Martha served in senior-level roles in Veritiv-Cleaning & Protection, Facility Solutions, Unisource Worldwide Inc., Accenture LLC, Latin American Association (LAA), Unilever-BestFoods, Unilever-Home & Personal Care, Unilever-Central America.

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, she holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Centroamericana in El Salvador and is a graduate of Instituto Superior De Economia Administration De Empresas where she secured a Master in Business Administration (MBA).
