Kick-off 2021 with Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena Chief People, Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Camye Mackey at our Virtual Luncheon! Enjoy networking in breakout rooms and then a dynamic program. About our Speaker, Camye Mackye:
In her role as the club's top Human Resources and Diversity executive, Mackey leads the team responsible for strategic development and implementation of the people philosophy and culture. Mackey's priorities are leadership development, employee culture, embedding diversity, and inclusion within all aspects of the business, and providing the essential link between employee engagement and guest experience.
Under her leadership, the Hawks won the Most Effective Recruitment Strategy award in the 2019 HR Excellence Awards presented by Atlanta Business Chronicle, and the Front Office Sports 2019 Best Employers in Sports.
Camye is a graduate of Howard University and prior to joining the Hawks, she held leadership roles in HR at MGM Resorts International, Walt Disney World, Special Olympics International, and B.F Saul Hospitality Group. She currently serves on the SHRM-Atlanta Board and is on the Atlanta CHRO Governing Body. She resides in Milton, GA with her husband Karl and daughters Jazmin, Jada, and Julia.
