Breast Cancer Awareness Yoga Day

Description

If you have had breast cancer, then you are aware of the toll it takes on you and your loved ones.  If you had surgery, then you may realize that once the physical parts of the body heal, that there is still a residual emotional toll you’ve experienced.  Fatigue and low energy are common parts of this journey as well. 

Join us for an easy yet energizing event that will uplift and inspire you once again.  With these simple movements and breathwork, your vitality and energy will return again and you will find motivation and desire to move into wholeness and health.

Kim Saunders will lead this evening.  Kim speaks from experience and from the heart.  She is a 12-year cancer survivor/thriver, who owns Lift Yoga Studio in Alpharetta and is a psychotherapist, working with clients to show them how they can achieve both Strength and Serenity for a fulfilling life.   www.LiftYogaStudio.com
