Please join us for our Health & Well-Being Block Party at Citizen Apartments on Wednesday, March 15th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
This month's awareness topic is "Sleep Health." We will be organizing 3 speakers to present information that may aid our overall health by affecting our sleep. Whether we eat towards a restful slumber, exercise or meditate towards it, we bring together uncommon yet effective holistic strategies.
Speakers:
Maria Angelova - How aromatherapy affects good sleep
Gay Brownlee - Causes for bad sleep and technologies to help
Sarah Maslia - How sleep affects your mental health
The event will begin at 6:00 PM with food, drinks, and music. The first 30 minutes of the event will be networking, and then each speaker will have a 10-minute opportunity to present a topic of expertise. Each speech will be divided by a 10-minute Q&A period before we meet the next speaker.
