Please join the SSPC Health and Well-Being Council for our May 10th Dine and Develop with guest speaker Gay Brownlee of Wonderfully Made Health & Wellness and Basil Margolis MD, FACC, FRCP Director, Emory Cardiac Rehabilitation Program and Assistant Professor, Emory University School of Medicine.
If you could have optimal health would you choose it?
When was the last time you asked yourself, what is it that you really want?
Do you find yourself saying, "I know what to do, I just can't find the motivation?"
Participants will have the opportunity to consider what Optimal Health means to them and to discover the power and freedom of choice. They can identify where they are on the Optimal Health Spectrum and the actions to take them where they are to where they want to be. With the right structure our chances of successfully reaching our health goals go way up. During the event the speaker will introduce a tool to be used for structuring our goals and a technique to begin creating the habit of mindfulness.
