Description
This event is where our 11 Sandy Springs public school principals and assistant principals will go inside four of our Fortunate 500 companies and see what goes on. They will meet with head of Human Resources, IT and the CEO. While meeting with these leaders they will discuss what the companies are looking for and how can the schools teach the students to be workforce ready.
The schools will meet at the Chamber offices for breakfast and a review of the day. They will then board buses to visit the four companies.
At the end of the day the principals will have a better understanding of the needs of the employers and will design their programs to better fit the workforce.
